Property Management & Leasing

We offer property management Solutions through two of our companies, Solutions PM LLC for residential multifamily management and Solutions AM LLC for commercial property management. With full time property managers and maintenance personal, Solutions PM offers diligent and effective management for the small and mid-market, generally one to 100 units. This market segment is often underserved and poorly serviced. However, Solutions PM welcomes the opportunity to provide this service to our clients. This service includes both apartment unit management and condominium management services.

Solutions AM offers full service management for commercial properties including offices, warehouses, retail and land. We offer these services for all properties, generally properties up to 100,000 to 150,000 sq ft. We also offer maintenance services, cleaning services and consulting services for renovations, build-outs and tenant improvements.

Solutions PM & AM management consists of applicant screening, leases, renewals, rent collection, notices, warnings and evictions, tenant and/or landlord issues for units and all accounting, budgeting and reporting functions (all includes as part of the service for one fee). In addition, Solutions PM offers quality, full service maintenance staffing at affordable rates.

In addition, Solutions RE offers full service leasing for both residential and commercial clients. Solutions RE leases individual condominium units to entire properties. Services include renewal of existing contracts, lease preparation, rules & regulations, marketing of available units and applicant screening (credit, employment, background and eviction checks). In addition, we can also prepare the unit or space for the new tenants, including inspections, cleaning, painting and repairs (as needed or requested).
